Funds from Title I are used to provide "Time with a Teacher".   

Students may enter the building at 7:00 a.m.; prior to 7:00 a.m. supervision is unavailable.

First bell rings at 7:25 a.m.  Students should be seated in the classroom when the bell to begin the instructional day rings at 7:30 a.m.

Elementary School

Our school is situated in the heart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are a community school located three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean serving approximately 675 children. 

Myrtle Beach Elementary School offers students and their families an environment designed especially for 2nd and 3rd grade learners and has a long-standing record of academic excellence. The faculty and staff of Myrtle Beach Elementary School serve diverse learners through sound instructional practices and a variety of  developmentally appropriate programs, including Gifted and Talented, literacy intervention, math intervention,  Special Education, and ELL.
