AT MBE, I am fortunate to see this same love and passion every day. Our students walk through our hallways every morning with smiles and anticipation for what the day will bring. Our teachers get so excited when a student, who has been struggling on a skill, is successful. Teachers share that success and sometimes even shed a tear of pride when a child is successful. Our teachers help our children train for success just like coaches help train their athletes for games. It is that same dedication that is necessary for our children to be successful.

ACCESS for ELLs testing will occur from January 21 to March 6, 2026 at all schools.

Mr. Clifford Jones, Superintendent of Horry County Schools, will be holding “Coffee and Conversation with Cliff” events throughout the school year.
The events will both consist of informal listening sessions and discussions. Everyone is invited, and no registration or appointment is needed. Come to any event that meets your schedule.
